Nick Khoury is the Co-Founder and Team Lead of The Khoury Group, a South Florida-based real estate, design+build, and development firm founded on the principles of creating a seamless, turnkey experience for residential and commercial clients.

As a licensed General Contractor, Civil Engineer, and Realtor®, Nick brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to every project, combining technical expertise, construction knowledge, and real estate insight under one roof. A graduate of the University of Miami, he has built his career around helping clients navigate every phase of the development and building process with confidence, clarity, and precision.

Known for his hands-on approach and direct communication style, Nick is actively involved from initial planning and site evaluation through design coordination, construction execution, and final delivery.
